Return Eligibility

How to Initiate a Return

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift or was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s account.
